Anyone who is in the market for some new furniture in Lubbock - you have come to the right place! Our representative, Ragan, was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The selection was diverse and had multiple different options in every style. We looked all over town for comfortable and affordable couches with no luck until we found Bob Mills. Additionally, the store offers high end technology that assesses sleep IQ and bed matching! We left with not only new couches, but also found the bed of our dreams. The delivery service was affordable and convenient! The delivery guys were extremely kind and efficient. We had a fantastic experience across all fronts at Bob Mills and would recommend 100%!
Our “leather” couches are “pleather” and our backs are breaking from our mattress. 3 years is all we have owned them... our very expensive couches are peeling away!!! We were even sold the leather conditioner. HA, what a joke! Be careful there to anyone that buys “leather”
There we some very nice pieces of furniture at this place. Unique, I'd say compared to some of the other places in town. Service was great. You are greeted with a bottle of water and there is someone always available to help. Without being pushy. I can't remember if they had office furniture at all. I think not.
We received really great customer service in the store. We found exactly what we were looking for. The delivery guys were also really nice. Great customer service from them as well. They put my table together. When they turned it over, one of the guys hit the top of my kitchen island and left a dent on it. The kitchen island has a butchers block as the top. Which now a has a permanent dent. He asked me if he hit something, because I was looking at the top of my island. I know he heard it, because I heard it. I told him he hit me but hers block. He said I heard something hit. But never apologized. That’s really disappointing after having such a great experience.
Matt in sales is very professional and helped us tremendously. Delivery was great! Set up furniture and very polite.
And we called within the first year to have someone come out and look at the peeling. They said it wasn’t covered under warranty and it was because my yorkie sits up on top. Now every piece of furniture, in different spots, is peeling! Looks terrible
