We bought a Samsung refrigerator whose electronics were acting goofy (light won’t turn on, no water, no ice, temperature reading incorrect). Called Samsung who said we need to call Conn’s since it was within 30 days. We called Conn’s and they said they don’t have any tech’s in Lubbock. They have contractors but we don’t get to get a contractor because we didn’t buy the extended warranty. (Remember this is within the 30 days). Then they transferred us to delivery who said there was nothing they can do. Now Samsung is saying it is still Conn’s problem. But, they’ll happily send a tech out and charge us. Conn’s, you did us wrong.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Looked at washer & dryer set online Tuesday (8-1-17) ~ their website claims that they carry what I wanted IN STOCK ~ BS. Bait & Trap is what it is called in Texas. I went ahead and purchased the washer & dryer because I was guaranteed delivery by Thursday (8-3-2017). I told Sergio please do not lie to me because I will not be happy and you will not want me in the store unhappy. He assured me over and over that deliver would be made. Well guess what? Today is Thursday (8-3-2017) and I receive a call stating that delivery cannot be made....seriously? I spoke to manager and she said that they would be delivered tomorrow (8-4-2017). I said I was promised they would be delivered today. She said sorry so I called the home office and talk to 2 different people who also told me that delivery would be tomorrow but they could not promise but would try....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I ask over 20 times to speak to someone in charge at the home office # and got they are all calls already and cannot take your call at this time....I said is there a waiting list of complaints or do they just not want to handle upset customers. I got someone will call you back but I don't know when??? CON~ARTIST is what this company is and I will NEVER EVER EVER do business with them again. I will let everyone know what a terrible place to shop that this store is and should shut its doors if this is how their customers are treated. Atleast Lowe's and Home Depot deliver when they say even if it does take a week. They sure sucked my money off my card on Tuesday when I was there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! RATE THEM A BIG FAT 0
Got a BRAND NEW washer and on day 1 it does not work, I called and was told it will be 24 to 48 hours before someone will call me with an appointment to have someone come out and see it, well it's 48 hours later and was told there's no one that's here locally that can come see it so there going to send it up to management and it will be another 24 to 48 hours but it could take 1 to 6 weeks before someone will come look at it!!! This is our 3rd account with the company we have always had good service with them but I guess times change and they just want your money and sell you BROKEN THINGS DON'T BUY HERE !!!! ARRONS OR RENT A CENTER WOULD TREAT YOU BETTER THEN THIS COMPANY!!!

We unfortunately decided to go with Conn's. Our mistake! We will NEVER purchase another thing from Conn's. We got a $1400 reclining loveseat. It was delivered on a Sunday. And the very next day, Monday it broke!! The lever on the right side just came out of the recliner! And instead of replacing a $1400 piece of furniture. Conn's has decided to make us wait 2 weeks for a repair man. I'm super super unhappy with customer service for not tending to a customer the way they should. Horrible customer service!! And really expensive crappy furniture!! I would suggest going somewhere else if you're looking for quality furniture or appliances!! Conn's did NOT make us happy customers!! NEVER AGAIN!! If Conn's would have taken care of us, we'd be doing more business!! BUT they didn't......
So it's been a week and we still have not heard anything from anyone on when our New Washer will be fix we have called and all we get is it will be ANOTHER 24 TO 48 HOURS BEFORE WE hear something so AGAIN DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! WE are now paying out of our pocket to get the washer fix.
