They can take payment over the phone but when I want to pay out they can't do that over the phone. I work nonstop and don't have the time to go in. So aarons is going to cost me 150 dollers of my time for me to go and payoff a system. If the can take a monthly payment over the phone they can take any payment
Very nice sales people not pushy and paper work was quick and easy, I'll buy more things there very soon.
The 19th location has the worst customer service ever my payment due date they start calling the day before and on the date its called harrassment bc our contract state I pay on 15th by 6pm but they call 14th at midnight and early morning waking up my sleeping baby they have poor service kc and rod white are very very rude individuals I will be moving my account or returning the stuff I have not all ready bought I have spent well over 10,000 with them but I'm fed up I'll be going to buddy's or Conn's from now on ..Save yourself don't go here they pass by your house give out your Information. I asked them to protect my info and not give it out bc I got a divorce and my husband was abusive and they gave him my info.
