I love Panera. Just make note that if you plan on freezing your bagels and want a plastic bag, ask for it. I love that they keep up with your freebies and you if you want to use it when you check out!
Great location, great healthy food, gracious portions, all in all awesome place and best part, doesn't burn a hole in your wallet!
Bad service. They always mess up the order. It says, "Your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away, and give you a free treat for your trouble." They never offered to fix our order. We have been waiting for the souffle but turns out they don't have it. But they kept saying it was in the oven. This place always doesn't get things right! Bad management and service!!!
Good food the people who work there are a different story! Old lady was rude and all but told us we were lying!! No the people working the register messed up and we got jumped by the old lady for it!!
I love Panera, but this Panera needs a better management and/or training team. I order the same thing once a week(4 people French Onion soup and grilled cheese). Everything I go here, my order is always messed up. Either they do not give me cheese and croutons, forget my chips, or do not give me any of the 4 pieces of bread that come with my soup. I do not who is responsible for that, but I think after 6 times ordering this, somebody would get it right. When I ask to just get my chips, after they do not give them to me, it takes 5 people to finish the task. I did not realize it was so hard for someone to look at my receipt and see not everything I paid for is in there. I love Panera food, but the service here is nothing less than mediocre.
