Bagel place on campus that alone makes it worth 5 stars.
Sadly an experience I hate. Just because your closing is no reason to lose customer service. Next time I try 82 street.
Intimidating atmosphere. Not good for people who don't know what they want immediately.
Great place to find new friends. Food is delicious as well.
I don't think the customer service here is good, they are not friendly and does not seem knowledgeable about the orders until I pointed at the menu. I bought 2 boxes of bagels today to bring home . It supposed to be 19 bagels, she did NOT let me pick what flavors i want, and it turned out only 17 when i came home, while I already asked "is it 19 in here?" The schmear in the little cheap plastic containers, and the bagels were not cut! Definitely not happy!!! Its so convenient to buy here but I may have to try different place next time.
