The service tonight was good. The ice cream was very disappointing. We feel like going to Cold Stone is a premium option over Sonic or DQ. After a few bites tonight, I wish I'd have paid less and enjoyed it more by going to Sonic. I'm not sure I'll go back.

Ice cream is tasty. However, the Lubbock location always smells of soured milk. The tables are always dirty. A little cleanliness would go a long way!
It's Cold Stone, so it's always good. The staff is nice. I wish they carried the banana ice cream and malt powder. Since they can't make malts, they get 4 stats.
The guys that opened sunday on mother's day was so pleasant. He was quick to get our order. I will be back to this location. Friendly and quick to serve! Thank you for a nice experience after not having a good experience at eddible arrangement.
