Early this Saturday morning from across the country, I ordered -(online)- one dozen Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies for my elderly aunt and uncle (and their visiting daughter) in Lubbock, TX; and............ not only did I then have an ~*e.x.c.e.l.l.e.n.t.*~ experience on the phone with Store Employee "Frankie" ~who mentioned that she had just put the cookies into the oven~ in our talking about a Pick-Up Time, there in Lubbock............ but my elderly aunt, who is a *very-accomplished*, *lifelong* cook/ baker, also subsequently let me know, "I have to say they were the best oatmeal cookies I have ever eaten." I was truly almost (haha!!) s.p.e.e.c.h.l.e.s.s.: thank you SO much, Cookies By Design on 82nd Street!!

Thank you SO MUCH! My daughter is super stressed about TTU Law School finals coming up on Monday. I wanted to send her something to encourage her as I live far away. I placed my chocolate chip cookie order at 12 noon and at 2:30 she called me and said, "BEST COOKIES I'VE EVER HAD!" I can't believe she got them so quickly and it was PERFECT timing! She felt so special receiving her surprise delivery and this mom is extremely thankful to you for doing a great job when I couldn't be there! Will definitely order again!
First time ever and they were so nice they had an issue with their register so they let me keep the cookies i picked out as courtesy! Its really nice that they offered for me ro keep them i stead of saying no and handing them back. Nice and clean place and friendly staff. The cookies are awesome. I highly recommend the iced sugar cookies and the lemon drop!!
