I love the food it's really great. The steak tips are so Tender and juicy. It's just that every time we order out for delivery it's constantly wrong so it's quite frustrating.
One of the best burgers I've had in a while. I picked it up. I am only about a mile from this location. My burger was still really hot when I arrived home. It was well done, very well done. I got a cup of plain tea, and it was just ok. Their fixin's were fresh and good, just kind of stingy. I am glad this location is so convenient to where I live. I will certainly be ordering again and might try some of the other meals. Wishing they also fixed onion rings and fries.
I have never made an online review before however, I see others that have posted and cannot believe it. I have ordered from San Angelo, Midland, and now Lubbock. The complaints I see are so petty, you must be Democrat Cupcakes. You lament on not having enough change, time, or improper cooked steak. You need to come to realization that a piece of dead cow is cooked and delivered to your door. Not once have I had a rude person, or one with proclivities of doing such. All my food has been delivered with happiness by hard working folks. We all know that a steak can be a hit or miss. A grain fed Santa Gertrudis or scraps for a Holstein from a supplier. poor thing had no idea what she was doing. had to order my food three different times, once on the website, then twice again on the phone because i waited for more than an hour and received no confirmation email, so i called to see if they had received my order. shocker, they didn't. i ordered three adult entrees and two kids meals and three drinks. the little girl on the phone acted like i ordered Chinese at a McDonald's. so then her manager came on the phone with no warning and i had to repeat my order in it's entirety because apparently she hadn't written any of my order down at all.. i digress. *sigh* yes, well... ahem... food's good though.
I usually love there food but last night they took forever to deliver and there burger made me feel really sick. and i was throwing up.
