Delicious food great burgers I highly recommend the steak tips or the mixed grill!
Order was wrong, long wait, manager Eric too busy to come to window. I was the only customer in line and only a few people inside. Definitely won't go back.
Went there for half price cheese burgers got there just a little after 6 ( My son got out out band late and we rushed to get there on time ) One girl said "Not a problem" then the manager said "no". It's not like they were throwing half price burger out the door. They were doing nothing. What a bunch of inconsiderate £¥€÷%. What two half price burgers is going to bankrupt the company. She could have very easily HELPED us out BIT SHE DIDN'T. REALLY TERRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS. I just hate when a business treats you like $$$$ and not a person. Note to the Owner you can say whatever you want to make YOURSELF look good. I've noticed your responses to your bad reviews..you do nothing for your customer after they have had s bad experience at Steak Express. Owner sounds (Cheeky) like he has a scripted response for disgruntled customer.
The worse Ribeye I have ever had ! I have never had so much fat. We got the medium Ribeye and the Shrimp plate. The shrimp comes with 5 scampi style medium sized shrimp with a very fishy smell. I called and spoke to the manager that said if we had half of the steak left they could cook us another one. I have 3/4 of the steak to give them back when they arrive . At this point My hunger is gone.
After being warned from family i decided to order.check #48. When i called back after having a hair in my food the manager dani was helpful then she handed the phone to the employee and then the situation turned toxic..the employee accused me of yelling at her..not true then started to scream in the background saying " someone save me from this azzhole" needless to say i will not be ordering again..it is obvious the atmosphere in the place is terrible and i was amazed this behavior is tolerated...after looking at the reviews this is normal....no need to reply i wont ever be back.
