I don’t even think this place deserves a single start! However google makes me give them at least one. I ordered two simple sandwiches and two drinks for my girlfriend and me and their so called freaky fast service took 1 hour to deliver my food! We had called twice and got the same answer both times “oh we are sorry the driver left 5 minutes ago should be there soon” never ever order from this store unless you want your food an hour later.
Well usually unless I go into any jimmy johns it takes at LEAST an hour. However. I seriously feel as if I JUST places placed my order and there is a knock on the correct door. It's jimmy johns! Granted I'm not ordering during lunch when it's busy but I had to give this place props because well I was about to forget I even ordered food
Food was great as usual, but our office placed a group order online at 11:30, and their "freaky fast" delivery took almost and hour! After 45 minutes with no word, a co-worker called to check and was told our order was "en route," and they had gotten "really busy". Nothing else. We had already tipped online or there wouldn't have been one at all.
Freaky SLOW SLOW delivery. My order today was 30 minutes after the requested delivery time. Last delivery was over an hour late. Don't have time slots available if not able to keep
Neither of the Jimmy John's Deliver to Lubbock Business Blvd and it's right off I-27. I figured the one on Broadway would since it's closer but no. I tried to get my husbands favorite and have it delivered to him for a surprise lunch and both Jimmy John's don't deliver. Ridiculous! It's ok my husband got something else and Jimmy John's lost a customer.
