It's a long one...
This place is the absolute worst at ignoring any and all phone calls after 10:30 - 11:00 p.m. I live near this location, so if I want delivery, I have to order there. Months back, I had tried ordering there a few times over the course of two weeks. The phone would ring and ring and no one would pick up. Finally, one night I literally drove from my house to Pizza Hut while I was waiting for someone to pick-up the ringing phone, walked up to the door and watched while two employees and a manager ignored the phone. I knocked on the door, while still on the phone and the manager came to the door. I asked her if the phones were working and she said yes, showed her that I was the one calling and she seriously blamed her employees right in front of them. I told her clearly that she was letting them do that, so that is a management problem and I was going to leave a complaint on their website. As I was walking off, she called me a b***h(If you are reading this, yes I did hear you. Maybe just don't suck at your job.). Just now leaving a review because I just ordered there again, and I assume she still hasn't been fired yet because the same thing happened, so I just made an account and ordered online. And no, I am definitely not going to order there again after writing this review. This place seriously blows because the management is horrific. Delivery guy tonight was nice, though.
This pizza hut is 'da bomb'. Twice in the past six months St.Benedicts had a hick-up with food delivery. And both times the Pizza Hut on 19th Street across from Lubbock High came to our rescue. Hot and tasty pizza in a short period of time, at a discount and always with a smile! Thank you very much.
An orgasmic experience! Literally THE BEST tasting pizza I've ever had! I had their pineapple & bacon cheese-stuffed-crust pizza!
The delivery driver didn't know how to get to my address on campus. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with this driver trying to direct them to the LIBRARY. After the driver STILL couldn't figure it out I canceled. You're the Pizza Hut right next to campus, you should know where the library is.
Ordered my pizza and the delivery driver was very rude.. said she didn't have time to come to my door because her other orders were late.. was very rude when I got my pizza . Will not be ordering from them ever again . She did not deserve the tip she was given
