In generally, felt like this is here for Tech students and stay at home moms of the very rich. Not geared to working women.
Kind of pretentious crowd.
While the workouts I had a year ago were great, it was because I had received a gift for a month membership. After that month to begin a membership is incredibly costly- $$$. To drive to the complete opposite side of town for that amount of money is a little much.

Be very careful when registering for New Member special. I signed up for this special and made sure there would not be an ongoing draft. I never signed a form stating that my account could be drafted each month. Once my 30 day membership was up guess what they charged my card. I tried to resolve with owner but she stated they could not cancel once it had been charged even though I did not authorize it. I then went to my bank and disputed the unauthorized charge. I just received an email from the owner Laura Staron calling me a thief over a $15 pair of socks that she states the charge for that was also reversed. I have never been more upset to receive such an unprofessional email from her and have sent her proof that the $15 charge was never reversed plus she was wrong I purchased two pairs of socks. I cannot believe a professional business woman would not do her research before sending such an inappropriate email. Be very careful!
An amazing workout with fantastic results. I lost the weight and inches after my last two children at the barre! Sarah and the instructors are WONDERFUL.
A couple of the instructors were really insistent about certain postures- despite explaining I have arthritis in my right foot that prevents me from raising any higher up on my toes.
Love this place and the instructors! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the routines help to make working out fun. I look forward to my workouts now!
