This is the best crossfit box in Lubbock in my opinion. I know there is other great boxes here, but as an athlete wanting to really excel in crossfit my expectations have been truly blown away. I used to hate on crossfit and now I’m hooked, in the best shape of my life(with an extensive lifting/athletic background), and my body feels great. What is great about this affiliate is that it truly doesn’t matter where you are starting from, age, nothing. Just come and get started. The owner and coaches are here for you to improve your standard of health and living!
