I've been going to Crossfit Paladin for five years now and I love it. Great coaches with amazing experience and skills, and the people are great too. We are like a large family working hard together.
This place is absolutely amazing! The coaching is the best around that you will receive. In fact, I was so inspired by the coaching staff, that I went and got certified myself as a trainer. The members here are fantastic and they make working out as a group a memorable experience. If you are curious about giving Crossfit a try, this gym needs to be your first experience!

I've been with CrossFit Paladin for almost two months now and I am certain you cannot find a better CrossFit gym in Lubbock. The Coaches are phenomenal and the members I've had the privilege of working out with are extraordinarily friendly and always willing to help each other out. All of the coaches are well oriented not only on improving members' fitness but also ensuring our safety as they do so. Whether your a veteran to this intense workout or a terribly unfit beginner such as myself, this gym will provide a positive, clean environment to improve your health and strength.
I have been doing CrossFit for almost 3 years and I have been at CrossFit Paladin for the last year. I absolutely love it! The coaches are great and are always wanting to help you improve! They encourage everybody to get better and know how to focus on the little things to help you improve with the big movements. As long as you are willing to put in the effort, they are more than willing to give you the time and the assistance! Not only is the coaching great, but everybody at the gym are huge encouragers and they want everyone to succeed. The gym has great workouts and a very friendly atmosphere. I couldn't ask to be part of a better gym!
