ILoveKickboxing has helped me so much in the amount of time I've been working here. The staff are so awesome and motivating, they also help with eating habits or doing extra exercises outside the class. It's honestly the of my day. Can't recommend it enough!!

I Love Kickboxing is a great place to get a fun, effective workout. The instructors are supportive, motivational, and willing to work with you to help you meet your goals. The facility is clean, and I always feel at home when I walk in the door. I didn’t have a particular weight loss goal when I got started, but I am certainly in better shape now, and I feel strong and empowered every class. Last but not least, kickboxing is fantastic stress relief, and I highly recommend it!
