We began our membership at the Lubbock boxing club in August. We made payment in September w/a credit card and October with cash. Now Affiliated, which is the company that they pay is saying they never received a payment on behalf of the Lubbock boxing club. The Affiliated Co. has now reported this to our credit. We have proof that we have paid for both months that are mentioned above. We will be reporting this to the BBB, or whatever means we have to pursue to have this issue resolved, if this isn't corrected.
