Called in this morning because my computer gave me the blue screen of death. I already had a 9am appointments or the following day with another company, but really needed it fixed prior to that. Candace answered the phone and was so nice. The earliest she could offer was the end of the day. I told her I appreciated it and that I would just keep my appointment for he next day. She asked if she could put me on hold and call another technician to see if he could squeeze us in. Brian, the owner was available to come by. He fixed my problem in an efficient manner and was patient with the questions I had. After listening to my concerns, he told me about a service they offered that he thought might be able to help. Overall a wonderful experience and fair pricing.
