My computer crashed! I called Akram to see if they could save my data from back-ups because although I did perform back-ups I never learned how to use them. The staff were excellent. They sold me a refurbished tower at a great price and moved all my data from the dead unit to the new one. Recently the unit said my Windows license had expired and I needed to renew. I discovered the unit had Windows PRO on it. I knew that version wasn't mine, so I called Akram. They were great. They explained the PRO version had been on the refurbished unit so I had been upgraded when they moved the data over. I dropped the unit off for a bit, they did the license renewal for no charge and I will be a faithful Akram customer for life. They are patient and take the time to explain how to operate technology to me, a technologically challenged person. I would recommend their service and products to everyone.
