Great place to shop with outstanding costumer service. I have been to some Best Buy's were associates will not leave you alone while browsing, asking you continuous questions and giving recommendations. This particular location does not do that; Yet, they will come by and ask if you're finding everything you need and if you have any questions just let them know. All the associates are always smiling and the atmosphere always boosts my mood, even when I'm having a bad day.
Nice store. Well stocked, and clean. Asked for a manager, and got a kid. All of 22. Wasn't much help. Still a nice store.
A great place to find the latest tech. To be avoided from November to January due to excessive lines and crowds. However they often have good deals both in-store and online. The store is clean, easy to navigate and the staff is quite helpful (if you don't go Nov - Jan).
Update: Wouldn't price match item from AMAZON. Manager told me Amazon is not a national competitor. TV went on sale the Next DAY. Ordered from Amazon. Tried to give this failing store / business model my bus but it's hopeless. Orig review: Ugly parking lot. Odd location around a massive curve where new drivers almost rear end you to get in. Inside looks nice, but it seems nothing I ever want is in stock. Simple computer lockdown cable or a common router not in stock. If you want a phone or 75" TV, I'm sure it'll do.
I had the pleasure with working with their whole cell phone department. The one person whom I know his name was Colin. He and management are very concerned about the experience and happiness of the customer. These people deserve your business and I would not go anywhere but to this Best Buy for a phone upgrade.
