So happy!!! I finally recieved my title from the STATE OF TEXAS DEALER INVESTIGATION UNIT!! DEAN AND VELDA FOLKNER... I AM GLAD JUSTICE WAS SERVED! You two human beings are despicable people! Your wife threatened me and was the one who signed my sales receipt...SMH! I am glad you two can no longer sell vehicles at your location because YOU ARE AND NEVER WERE AN AUTHORIZED DEALER! If your reading this also comsidering taling your vehicle for a stereo or speakers i would not let them work on your vehicle! Took ours to another competitor and were told these bozos hooked it up wrong ran wires places they should have never been... so after replacing batteries and alternator and taking it elsewhere it did work better and did not short out or turn off or drain our battery! SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY AROUND NO BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER AND JUST IN CASE YOUR CURIOUS GOOGLE THEIR NAMES BRING UP SOME INTERESTING BACKGROUND FOR THESE DOPES!

The couple who run this are pretty awesome. Very attentive to customers and provide great service. Best in Lubbock in my humble opinion.
They put in an in dash screen and caused a HUGE electric issue in my Tahoe I've replaced my battery five times alternator twice and still have issues just seen they hooked this radio up all wrong. On top of that purchased this vehicle from them and the fuel pump went out immediately and the air conditioner went out took it back to fix as they promised and the idiots forgot to put the ac belt on!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON...THEY ARE DECEIVING!!!!!!
Had to come back to give an update on this vehicle above...after having and putting so much work we tried to get TITLE from this DEAN AND VELDA FOLKNER come to find out these people are not even the owners of the vehicle that they sold!!!!!! They then referred me to CAR KING where the title is supposed to be and the gentleman who answered that phone was just as big a joke as the owners of DRIVERS EDGE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE FRAUDULANT AND ARE NOT TRUE BUSINESS OWNERS!
Man , honestly Im waiting for my 2 way car alarm remote start to be installed . And I'm already satisfied with their experience, hospitality, and all around approach to my family and I . Out of courtesy Dean checked all my amp connections and even tuned it properly. Hands down with prices around they have beat all competitors. My shopping experience for other products and items , I scale them high as well! We have just started our customer experience with them and I give them 5Stars all around. As for their techs also coming out and giving me input and knowledge 5Stars as well.
