I chose to go to Pope for an oil change (I usually go to Firestone or Bolton's) because I've heard nothing but great things about this shop. It was a relief to find out all of the rumors were true. Amazing experience and exceptional customer service from guys who know exactly what they are doing. The shop is also clean and it was nice getting to see some of the really nice and rare vehicles they work on here. I was even offered breakfast. I will definitely consider going back the next time I need any work done. Amazing staff and fair prices!
I'm so glad I found this place. Their staff are really professional. Their price is fair and they provide you with a reliable service while they make sure to help you save money on the parts.
Came and got my window fixed, the men here are extremely nice and respectful, I got in and out very quickly, and the prices are unbeatable, definetly my new go to, thank you so much guys!!
Charge for doing nothing, great place if you just want to loose a few bucks.
I have nothing but glowing things to say about this shop! They are courteous, priced fairly and do great work! I have taken my car in several times for various things and have always felt they KNOW what they are doing. My kuddo's to Steve. He was wonderful to work with! I even took my 89 year old mother's car in for work and SHE was pleased (that doesn't happen very often...HA!) She is now sending HER friends to Pope Auto. If you have any reservations about having work done there...don't. They won't let you down.
