It's a good place to get tires at a competitive price but the mechanics are in such a hurry to dispatch everyone on a fast pace and they are not super careful. I got scratched rims on 2 different cars.
Douglas is the Best! One of my tires was not holding pressure so I took it over here and when they where inspecting the found out that my back tires where low on tread and ended up replacing all 4 tires for a great price! They even moved my best tire and replaced my spare tire for me at no extra charge. They helped explain what I needed for my needs and gave me an amazing experience. If you need tires go see Douglas. Best in the business!
We had an appointment at 4. Upon arrival we were told that our tires weren't in stock and had to be picked up from a warehouse and our total wait time would be 45 minutes, mind you we had a 40 minute drive into Lubbock before arriving and had made our appointment 3 hours ahead of time with no mention of this. No big deal, an hour and a half later, the service man Parked our vehicle, approached another before bringing our keys in. Then 15 minutes later we're still waiting for the keys while everyone does anything but hand them over, watched them change hands 3 times just to be stuffed aside.
After approaching the service man to ask for completion and our keys, he proceeded to tell us that they called for us with no answer, all the while we sat five feet from him waiting for any acknowledgment.
I can understand being busy, though, I can't understand being blatantly lied to in order to justify lack of costumer service.

My tire kept going low, it had a nail stuck in it, in an awkward place. They said it wasn't going to be replaceable. They put an old tire as a replacement for me. So that I wouldn't be driving around with the bad tire. This was such a blessing ! Thank y'all so much! Thank you to Fausto and the young man who brought me my keys! You were just so happy and smiling! Y'all are the best!
