I have to give a shout out to the parts guys at this place. Super hard workers! In particular, Taylor Williams and his extreme attention to detail and diligence while handling my situation. I own a '04 Polaris Ranger TM model, which is a basic 2x4 UTV. I was getting ready to take it on a trip to the mountains, but I was not going to be able to register my Ranger in Colorado to ride trails because of the lack of a roll cage. I went up to visit and discuss options with the parts counter, and Taylor was the young man helping me. After doing several searches, he informed me that my Ranger did not come with a roll cage, and the aftermarket cage was a discontinued part due to the age of the unit. I was totally bummed, but Taylor asked me to go home and measure some things and he would keep looking. I got the measurements back to him, and he discovered that the '04 Ranger 4x4 units had the same mounting locations and dimensions as mine. He helped me locate a used roll cage and it fit perfectly! Like it was meant to be. This whole process took over two months and countless phone calls/texts messages/visits to the store to ensure fitment before I actually got the roll cage. Even though Taylor didn't make a dime off the sell of the cage, that didn't stop him from helping me accomplish my goal so my family could still go on our trip. He was more than willing to answer any question I had and play middle man between Polaris and myself. Even though Polaris didn't believe Taylor nor myself that this type of retrofitting would work,
Excellent customer service with both locations, Lubbock and San Angelo. Had very poor customer service at another dealership so we drove 4.5 hours to Family Power Sports to buy our new side by side. Wish we would of went here first and not wasted time at the other place. Preston Wems was a great sales rep. Thanks to both Locations for your help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I just finished getting my Polaris fixed and serviced.Had quite a bit wrong and I was surprised at how helpfull the service lady was and how she kept me informed as to the time frame.I think her name was Angie .My Thx goes to her for a job well done. Sam davenport Gail texas

We came into FPS and we're looking around For a Pontoon. We expected great service and to be accompanied by a "Welcome" or "can we help you?" We didn't receive anything. We were outside looking around and even went inside and still nobody to help out. Are we supposed to go fetch one of the 4 guys looking out the window? Or are we supposed to get the guy from the desk off his phone to help us? Or how about the guys walking past us to the restroom who just looked at us and walked on by? We honestly wanted to keep our business local! It's hard to keep business local when you have dirt working there! We were looking to buy up front in cash! Is because we just got off work? Is it because we were wearing shorts and tshirts? Maybe we need to show up in Sunday best? Maybe then we could get service? Maybe if we didn't take my husbands Lariat work truck and brought my car.... who knows how people work now?! We are now going to my hometown to get waited on with bottle water and showroom hands on service in Dallas, TX the marina city!!! Where service is wonderful!!!!!!! Even if we didn't look our Sunday best they work to sell a boat just like a car dealership!!!!
