I made an appointment to get a simple oil change on a Thursday morning, after coming in on a Sunday and treated like crap by the manager. It took them over an hour and a half after my appointment to even pull my car up to be serviced. Then, when I approached the counter, not one of the three people acknowledged I was standing there for the two minutes I was there until I walked away (and I was the only customer in the waiting room). There is absolutely no regard for customer service or time management here. The bay stood empty for a good hour, and they still wouldn't service my car. I wish there was a zero star option, because honestly, me giving them one star is doing them a favor.
The mechanics have no idea what they are doing. Even with the small issues the mechanics are not capable of providing the right fix. You can get better help just watching YouTube clips on how to fix small issues. DO NOT take your car if you have a bigger issue like engine problem or something to that magnitude. All the other reviews here tell the truth about how incompetent these people are. On top that, they lie about what they had told you before start working on your car. After doing the incompetent job, they would deny or fabricate about what they had or had not told you before start working on the car. I would never trust these people with my car. The staff are rude and the nightmare about mechanics overcharging you and doing a shady job is a reality at this place.
Not only did the manager & front desk guy have an attitude but they ignored us twice for other customers despite us having a scheduled appointment. When we finally we're serviced it was over 3 hours later for an oil change. The appointment was at 11am. Spend your hard earned money & time elsewhere!!!
I've had a slow leak in my tire for a couple of weeks now, haven't had a chance to stop by to get it checked out. I purchased my tires from Firestone, so if that tire needed to be fixed/patched, I wanted to be able to get a free repair/low cost replacement if needed. That's ALL I needed was a patch. Drop it off at 8:11AM, stayed in the lobby, didn't figure it would take THAT long, there was no one ahead of me and only 2 cars in the garage. I don't get my name called until 9:36AM. AN HOUR AND A HALF for a patch on my tire??? Are you joking? Bolton's patched it up for me a few years ago in 10 minutes for 10 or 15 bucks, should've just gone there. I appreciate them doing a "courtesy check", but goodness 90 minutes to patch a tire? No thanks. Maybe I'll have better luck when the new Firestone opens on 82nd and Milwaukee. The one by the mall is better too.
