Thanks to the Manager, Joaquin, Marcus, and the rest of the staff. Keep doing what you are doing as far as taking care of the customer needs. It's good to know that there is a good group of guys that I can trust with my vehicle and that will not take advantage of my pocket book. I will definitely keep trusting you with my truck.
My family and I moved to Lubbock from Dumas early in July. I use my truck for work traveling all around the country. I began bringing it here for service at the end of the month. I started with an oil change and the staff jumped right on it and I was out in less than 45 minutes. I returned a couple of weeks later and told them the truck needed a tune up. I left the truck while I went out of town with my family and when I returned, the truck was ready to go. When I went to get my truck, the manager, Joaquin, took the time to turn on the truck and explain to me what was done. A few weeks later, my truck needed new tires. I went to the competition and they wanted to charge me nearly $1,000 for a new set of tires. I went back to Pep Boys and I got a set of tires (the exact same style as what the competition quoted) for less than $700, with 65,000 mile warranty and road hazard warranty. Yesterday, I took my truck back because the air conditioner was not cooling enough. I left my truck and about an hour and a half later, Joaquin called me and told me my truck was ready. I drove my truck to Albuquerque and the cab of my truck was really cold set at "Normal A/C" and on "Low Fan". The guys definitely got rid of that A/C issue. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the work that the staff here at Pep Boys have done on my truck. I have an older model truck and being on the road as often as I have been has required all these different repairs and maintenance that I just hadn't had the time to get done. Also, being busy with the move has kept me from getting these repairs done. I'm just thankful that the staff here have been so helpful and have made the time to help me with my truck. Another thing that has also given me a great relief is that the cost for these repairs has been very reasonable and affordable. That definitely is a HUGE PLUS...!!!

Called for a repair quote. They took my car and contact info and said they would call me "right back". Two hours later, I had not heard back. I call them and none of the staff remembered speaking with me or taking my information. (Justin, Marcus, nor Joaquin/spelling?) I explain the request again only to be told they don't even perform the service I was inquiring about. Waste of time and sloppy customer service.
