I went here because of the free carwash and tire rotation. I usually hate going to get my car serviced because of upsells and people trying to get me to get services I don't need. Jamie showed me that I didn't need a tire rotation just quite yet. He even showed me how to check my tire tread levels so that I would know when I need to rotate my tires. He also informed me that I have a K & N filter that lasts forever but needs to be cleaned regularly which I didn't even know my car had since I bought it used. He told me how to clean it myself and where to buy a cleaning kit. This great customer service has made me a lifetime customer. I'm so thankful for Jamie's assistance and not letting get services not needed!!
I am furious. This is the SECOND time I have had to take my car in to the dealership shop because it was showing I had low oil. I have paid hundreds of dollars for them to check and make sure every system is running correctly and even took it in three times consecutively to do oil burning checks. My car works perfectly. Turns out, MIGHTY WASH isn't putting enough oil in during my changes. As I stated, I have had this verified by two different people and both have independently told me the same thing. Seriously, take your business elsewhere. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Honesty and good customer service goes a LONG ways with me! Took my car in for an oil change because it was "time". Manager comes in and shows me my oil dipstick... tells me its full and clean and that I really don't NEED one yet! Checked all my fluids, put air in my tires and gave me another sticker for 1000 more miles. THANK YOU for not giving me something I didn't need and making $40 TODAY. You've got my business from now on!!
I was previously using another car wash company in a monthly plan. I was never happy with the wash because it always left water spots and the vaccums were usless. This was my first time with Mighty Wash and it was great. The srrvice, the wash and the vaccums were all amazing! Great place!
