The service was incredible. I needed to have an 11 year old radiator replaced and not only did they fit me in the same day, the price was fair and both gentlemen were very professional. As a newer member of the Lubbock community it is great to have an automotive shop that I can feel confident returning to.
I wish I could say the same I took my car here and had radiator replace only to have car still running hot when I picked it up. Him being the mechanic said my motor was blown. What how in the world did we go from radiator to blown motor. The professional here told me he tested it...OK so I got a second and third opinion. ...Guess what it was the thermostat, how could he have missed this and if car was still running hot why wasn't this checked, why did he go straight to blown motor and tell me he tested it for that.....thanks to my second and third opinion my car has been running great.
The guys from Logan's Auto are great!! The are honest and will not haggle you with insane prices!! Once my truck was at their shop, they even gave me a ride to and from work!! Best Automotive Shop in Lubbock!!!
