I had several people look at my car no one could tell me exactly what was wrong. As a single mother money was tight and my car was having trouble I went here and not only were they able to fix my car but did it at no cost to me. They said it was a very simple fix just needed to add a bolt and refused to take payment from me. The staff was super friendly and even help to entertain my son while the repair was being made I wish more businesses had the report and demeanor of this establishment. A huge thank you to HUD's, I would recommend their service to anyone!
Maybe rotors just aren't their thing but I probably won't go back.
They are super friendly, super helpful! I had a car issue in the morning, and had to get it fixed first thing in the morning. I did not have to wait at all! They helped me fix the problem in 15minutes! Granted that it was not a huge problem, but I certainly appreciate their prompt response and professional service! Best auto service experience ever! Highly recommend!
I had my fuel pump,water pump and engine & brake inspected. Back on the road in less than 24 hours. These people were very friendly, honest and dependable. Good to keep you notified by phone and e-mail of work and status of your vehicle. Excellent work for me.
Spent $200 for rotors on my car. Still squeaking. Went back twice nothing got accomplished. Took it to get inspected and my rotors feel like sand paper.
Being new in town, finding a new place to get our cars serviced can be challenging. From the first phone call we made to Hud's to when we picked up our car after service, they were AWESOME. Nathan in the front office was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us a free inspection and diagnosed the problem quickly. The quote they gave us was half the price of the quote we received from a place out of town and lower than the quotes we received from a few places in Lubbock. We will definitely be going back to Hud's. Highly, highly recommend!
