I wish I would NEVER had made the mistake of taking my vehicle to Eli!!!This dude is a scammer a liar and crook!Took my vehicle in October to get door and side of car fixed he had my car for a month and when i finally got it back after having door replaced the sensor for airbag was bad so i had to take car back to him for him to fix issue with sensor and replace door again from what he told me it was wrong door for car and sensor way bad at pillar so he says..This liar took my car to put on machine at Frank Brown and they tell him bad airbag sensor.Frank Brown told me Eli declined for them to replace the airbag sensor and Eli tells me $500 for Frank Brown to replace sensor and it would be a week he had my vehicle for a month!!Frank Brown never replaced he did it himself And finally when i got back my car he messed up the brake sensor and the stability traction control sensor radio switchs on and off and seat warmer will not stay on..This guy is a crook to the fullest! Don't make the mistake of going to Dent Factory you will regret it and Eli Hernandez I hope you get caught in your lies and the insurance company is investigating your crooked business
I wouldn't give any stars if that were possible. Our experience was absolutely terrible. I highly advise against taking in kind of "fast" car here. We took the car here to get the bumper replaced due to being ripped apart by a tire in the road. The car was in this shop for a total of three months. One day, the car was released to us, and it the hood, spoiler, and side skirts were all covered in black plasti-dip. We were mortified. I talked to the owner and told him that we did not authorize him or his employees to plasti-dip the car. He barely admitted fault to this. I asked him if a much more wealthy client comes in, would he do the same thing? His response was, "Probably." This is not a trustworthy shop. Also, after putting the car in the shop with NO INTERNAL problems, we received it back needing a new clutch and a completely new turbo. BE CAREFUL.
