The worst rental company in Lubbock! If i could give NO STARS i would! They are a “privately” owned budget and their customer service and management is TERRIBLE! If you are in Lubbock DO NOT rent from them save your money and rent else where! They give you small cars with NO cruise control smh. I went to Alamo and paid 10 more for a loaded Cadillac vs. a Nissan Versa. Also Management WILL NOT help you at this location. I Hope my post saves someone time and money!

Very nice and friendly staff, but they REALLY don't accept Debit cards. At all. Even debit cards that can be run as Credit :/ Also, I made a reservation online, but they couldn't locate it under my name. I ended up renting elsewhere.
I have used Budget Rental at LBB many times in the last 6 months. Every time the service has been great. The cars are in great shape. And the staff is fantastic. Two weeks ago, I forgot something in one of the cars. They held on to it until I came back today :-) And two weeks ago, I didn't have a reservation and decided I needed a car at the last minute. They had a car available and made everything super easy. Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them.
The person at the counter was incredibly rude, said I didn't have a reservation, but then found it. Also said that they would not accept my Chase card. Said I should have read the fine print on the internet. I've used my Chase Visa so many places. Amazing how much he went to great lengths to not be helpful.
