I've been waiting for this survey... We stopped going to a local affiliated service department because their service level was minimal. Key word: affiliated. It is no different here and worse. Very POOR. It took over 4 days to get our vehicle back. When we did, they had jimmied the passenger step rail, and dinged the John Brown out of the driver door edge. We will NEVER return.
I saw a vehicle online and went to see it. The sales person, Kienan Beasley, showed me a few things, gave me a great deal, and I left with a car that day. Kienan was great, as were all of the other staff members who helped me get my car.
To start, the car salesman worked hard to get me into a vehicle due to my upside down loan and minor credit issue. The salesman was knowledgeable and honest. The car lots use of modern technology was great!!!
I was not impressed after years of coming there. I was encouraged to let my car be repo and they try to convince me it would not effect my credit.that is a lie. Us you guys had a better rebate, with more $ given to my trade although I was upside down couldn't give a good deal.
So I went a week later b to Nissan got a great deal. Wow such liars you are.
We just bought a jeep from here. Our experience was great!! Rodney was our salesman and he was AMAZING! The best salesman we have ever had. He has followed through to make sure that everything has been satisfactory! He made this car buying experience a breeze! It’s refreshing to find a salesman that actually wants the best for the consumer! If you are looking for a good salesman I would definitely recommend Rodney!
