I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rudy Salazar as the Service Manager at Alderson Lexus for over 15 years. Rudy ALWAYS goes WAY above and beyond to exceed "his job". He always sees to it that my time is accommodated for as I drive to Lubbock from Amarillo solely because Rudy Salazar is so wonderful to deal with. He makes sure that my car is fixed perfectly, that I am happy, and does anything he can to make sure that I have a positive experience at Alderson. I think one of the most important things about Rudy is that I can always count on him to treat me ethically and be nothing but honest with me. So often I feel on the defensive when I walk into a car service place as I genuinely know very little and can be taken advantage of very easily. Rudy Salazar would NEVER do that. My father often told me that no company is any better or worse than the employees who represent it. Alderson can sit back and shine in reflected glory with Rudy. I recently bought a new Lexus from Alderson Lexus in Lubbock, Texas. I could not be more pleased with my car and the way they handled the purchase. When I returned to my home, I decided like all new car owners that I did not want my car to get door dents. I called the Service Dept and discussed this with a wonderful man named Rudy Salazar. He took charge and the day that I arrived he had a loaner Lexus ready for me to spend a few hours at the mall. I really felt pampered and left my car in Rudy's dependable hands. They put molding on both sides of the car where if a door slung open my car would not be damaged. The molding was an exact match to my Lexus. I live in Amarillo and it is 1 1/2 hr trip, but the drive is well worth it. I will be returning for all the services that my car needs and will be asking for Rudy Salazar to take charge. Niki Martinez helped us through the whole buying process. We went looking at used cars however new ones were not off our list either. Niki was able to follow us through once we moved from used to new. It was nice to keep the same sales person even though we weren't going the used car route anymore. They also let you take the cars for real test drives instead of around the block and back. This allowed us to get a true feel for the vehicle. We had the best customer service as well. Everyone at Alderson took care of us!
