Helpful staff, good deals, and more campers than I have ever seen in one lot.
Not bad but had to seek out assistance and wait for a cashier although 2 people were standing at the register. Need to be a member to get the better price.
After three months finally got the two major issues fixed it's just little details that need to get resolved to get it back to where it was before the issues started.
I bought a brand new trailer 2017 after several trips to get it fixed under warranty. (2 of the same issues). 12 trips at this point. 4 trips to drop off and 2 of the remaining trips were to pick it up unsuccessfully. They didn't complete the job as they said they did. Left pieces off. So I go back a second time and at this point it is just a few minor details. Well while on site the spare tire rack was damaged. I pointed it out and they half @$$ straightened it out. Brand new trailer looks like I got rear ended by a fork lift. Only damage is to the top of the rack.
Unless you are looking for a headache go somewhere else.
You know you've had a bad experience when an unnamed employee tells you to contact the regional manager. I just got off the phone with him and apparently he doesn't read the reviews, BC I am the only one who has complained about Lance.
It hasn't all been bad. I would buy a camper from Park in a heartbeat. I would deal with Joe all day long. I refuse to deal with Lance! The lady who has answered most of my numerous phone calls always with a smile on her face and in her voice. Jana has almost made it a pleasant experience.
i would recommend Camping World of Lubbock to anyone looking for a camper. Our sales person David was very knowledgeable about the campers, he wasn't pushy for a sale he listened to our concerns and our wants. once the paper was completed it took time for them to get a hold of us,yes our patience was short however we kept having to remembering that we were not the only customers they had to deal with they have many others that were there before us. However once they did get a hold of us it was very exciting and they were extremely friendly.The staff all seemed to get along making the atmosphere friendly and calm. Thank you Camping World for helping us towards our New Adventures
Is there such a thing as no stars? I spent 2300 dollars on a piss poor service job and the worst motor home cleaning in history. I will never set foot in a camper world again in my life. This place has the laziest most incompetent people I have ever dealt with in my life. Would not suggest this place to anyone ever. Was from out of town and took a chance with them what a joke to say the least.
The technicians has done a decent job (except for a few issues) until the end. That's when it became an unprofessional job.
