Day 3- Update: so they claimed it was the starter.. they picked up the car had it for 2 days and in the meantime discovered this review.
I called to get the status on the car and I was told it was ready so I headed up there to pick it up. Once I get there I am told they are uninterested in doing business with me since I "bashed" them on this post.
They wanna run ur credit be for u test drive big no-no in my book
Day 1- Looking at cars was a good experience. Completed the deal and pulled out a vehicle to only drive home make it to pick up my kids from daycare. Got back in the car and it would not turn on. Had to leave it there to call in the morning and wait over 20 min on hold with no peace of mind with what is next.
2000 pickup. Had 2months one payment. Now the back end. Tire rods. Wheel bearings. Making. Poping noise. Tires are bad.they will. Not fix it said it has to be with in 30 days. Said they. Would help. But i have to pay. 300 up front. And ins. Is put. With. Payment
Turned out to be a blessing and I got all my down payment back.
They ran my credit on a vehicle that they told me would be ready the next day. I called the next day and was told that it still was not ready. So I continued to check in with them for 2 months, an still nothing. They ran my credit two months ago an for what, for them to never sell me the vehicle I was wanting to purchase. Bad business, I would never recommend them to anyone.
