I must say I have purchased many luxury vehicles, been to many major dealerships but nothing is comparable to these gentlemen at this facility. Outstanding customer service from top to bottom one thing I truly enjoyed of this facility the most they care for the customers versus just putting you in a vehicle. Hunter was amazing took his time with me wanted to make sure that he prefers to have me as a customer long term versus just putting me in a vehicle and never seeing or hear from me again. Mickey is superb when it comes to making the customers, even offered me to drive the vehicle home so my wife could see it. Again I couldn't be more proud at the decision that I made with purchasing a vehicle from this facility I highly recommend everyone to just search the inventory or more so just stop by for a conversation these gentlemen and staff are awesome!
I leased a 2017 gmc Denali dually In August from this company and I still haven’t been able to get my permanent plate. My temporary plate has been expired 1 month and I just received another temporary today. I haven’t been able to drive the truck legally until today. The sell was made on empty promises the sales man said they would through in and install a BMW hitch plus weather tech floor mats and a grill guard for free plus they picked up a wholesale car from me for and apply a 1000.00 dollars to my account they have never shown me where they done that. My advice is since all they do is give us the run around is to run the other way. They will not call you back or treat you fairly they only want a sell.
