I was a first time car buyer looking for a 'newer' used car. I visited a few dealerships and their pre-owned lots before heading over to GM Hyundai and I can tell you that I by far had the best experience while there. Tran was my car sales associate and was extremely helpful and kind from beginning to end. She allowed me to test drive a few cars that fit exactly what I was looking for in terms of look and price and never once made me feel pressured like some other dealerships had. Not only did she help me in selecting my new car, but she worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was getting the car within the budget that I desired. I can honestly say I am thrilled to have bought my first car from Tran and the team at GM Hyundai. I will no doubt be back to visit (hopefully a few years from now) when I am back in the market for another vehicle.
Our salesman Ryan was excellent from start to finish. No games and straight up great customer service! The day we went through finance was a bit long but this was because so many people bought cars! No hassle there either! I would purchase used or new from this dealership again!
Had a great buying experience. Salesman (Geoff) took the time to allow us to drive several vehicles that we were interested in. We did not feel rushed during the selection process. There was never any pressure to buy. Our car was in excellent condition. The value was better than other places we shopped at.
The girl who helped me today also helped me a couple of years ago and she was just as sweet & thorough today as she was then. Truly everyone was very helpful and nice. They also have a kid friendly waiting area with a few kid games and popcorn. This made my life and wait so much easier! When it’s time to buy a car again we will definitely do business with them before going else where. Customer service goes a long way and you want people who will take care of you well after you’ve bought a car (not just while you are in the buying process) and this is that type of company. I highly recommend this dealership & would give them extra stars if I could!
Had an oil change. Friendly people and excellent service. The wait was a little long but the waiting area was very comfortable. Overall good experience.
