LONG POST, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Had a unit here and not even within the first month the owner cut our power cause he says we violated our lease by bringing instruments into our unit, even though it was specifically listed on the lease agreement, we tried to get a hold of the owners for 3 days to ask about it and were ignored then told we had been kicked out. No warning, owners never tried to call us to straighten it out even though THEY failed to mention this required prior written consent, which the guy is flat out lying about now telling me this isn't permitted at all. So the owner pretty much made it seem like I was lying to him about something that wasn't explained to me in the first place, and when I tried to explain this I was cussed out. Most unproffesional business owner I've ever had a conversation with. The woman who gave me the unit heard me talking about covering our drum kit with dust covers they sell in the office so they knew our intentions but basically did a half ass job (I'm assuming cause we were there right before closing time) and now have the nerve to tell me I'm not the first person to tell them I would give them a bad review. So here it is. I would most definitely recommend going with any other storage company just due to the way the owner handled the situation
Great Storage Facility! I strongly recommend renting from these guys! Their website makes it easy to rent a unit and make a payment.
They had the best price I could find for the size unit I rented. However, they do not have electronic entry... which has not been a big deal. The one thing I don't like is the distance between buildings. There is not enough room between buildings for two vehicles to pass each other. If there's already a vehicle loading/unloading, you have to wait until they're through before you can pull in. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen.
Reasonable prices, but no survaliance.
