Overall I had a good experience here. Jim is a very nice man. Never had any issues here with both my storages. This is some of the best pricing in Lubbock if you live on this side of town. I recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I didn't like is you don't get pro rated when you get out early but you do get pro rated when you first move in.
I was looking for a unit for my business and this facility hung up on me three times before even listening to why I was calling. All I needed was a price on a unit so I could rent a space and they didn't have the time to even ask why I was calling. Very rude, Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this facility for any reason other than storing your trash.
