I needed a place to store my things over the summer. I looked at a few different places and All American had not only the best rates but the friendliest staff and the best looking facilities! I felt very secure leaving my things there and don't regret it one bit! I'm very happy with my decision to use All American to store my belongings.
I called All American Storage to rent a storage space for my son who is a student at Texas Tech. We live in the Houston area and I needed to set something up from a distance.
My personal experience was just over the top and worth sharing. I graduated from Tech and then commissioned into the Army. The Army was sending movers to pack up all of my things and transport them to my next duty station, and someone needed to be there to supervise. I had already moved out of Lubbock and my primary release agent ended up being unavailable on that day. I called George and explained my situation and he was just incredible. He held onto my key for me and not only supervised the move, but then called me as soon as everything was packed up to let me know how things went. I just cannot say enough about how kind and helpful he was and how great my experience was with All American Storage. I definitely recommend it over anywhere else in Lubbock!
Needless to say, we can highly recommend All American Storage for the outstanding customer service and the very reasonable monthly rental prices.
This is honestly the best storage ever! The owners are the kindest. I was only coming to pick up the lock, but ended up having a tour on how to get to my storage, use the lock, and all the info needed. The price is really unbeatable. The security is top. The hospitality from the owners is surprisingly wonderful and amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants an affordable with good quality and top service.

I spoke with George, the owner, and had the process of setting up the rental clearly explained. After setting up the rental on-line (which was very easily done), my son went by the location. George gave my son a tour of the facilities and showed him how to access the facility and his storage unit. Afterwards, my son called me and unsolicited commented how nice a person George was how great the customer service was.
Good facilities at fair prices. Customer service is unmatched. They sent me a birthday card. 11/10 would rent again
Absolutely wonderful! I was a student at Tech and used this storage unit throughout my time there. George, the owner, is phenomenal and one of the kindest people I've ever met! Set up is extremely easy, security is awesome, and the 24 hr accessibility is super convenient.
