I would definitely recommend living here.
Great location, maintenance and front office staff.
I really enjoyed my time at The Suites. I've lived here for two years and the location works out perfectly for me. I had the smaller bedroom in a two bedroom two bath. My only complaint would be how much bigger the master is for barely more than mine. I would of liked to have the option of a bigger room as well. Management and the workers are extremely friendly.
It's alright the apartment are alright but the amenities are never really cleaned asked them time and time again if they cleaned the gym they don't because I left something in one spot one day to see if anyone would move it and nobody did. I just find it disgusting that they don't wipe the place down and it definitely shows.
I like living here. My upstairs neighbor are way too loud though. Other than that, I like. Jeff is my favorite maintenance guy, he gets things fixed right. In the office Tyler is always helpful!
The management is very friendly and will get back to you in a very timely manor if you need something. The location to campus and restaurants is awesome! Maintenance gets done in a reasonable amount of time unlike some other places I have lived. And the staff in the office is one of the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever had at an apartment complex. If they don't know the answer to something they will find out and get back with you as soon as they can.
