This place handled my rescue pup with ease and listened to exactly what I wanted! Casey did incredible and made sure everything was taken care of! I highly recommend and will continue to go back!
We love our Cimmaron family! The dogs actually get super excited to go to get pretty! They are so good with my daughters Chow puppy. She has been socialized in every way and grooming was an important one.
Cimarron has always been punctual in keeping the appointment time & grooming within a few hours. My boy doesn't have to stay there all day. Melissa is his groomer, and he gets SO excited when I tell him that he gets to go see her. She makes him look SO pretty! And they alert me when they see any skin, glandular or ear problems. He LOVES going there, and that means everything to me.
I love this place for our fur babies and the staff always does an excellent job on our Bichons. However, I am disappointed at how much the prices have gone up over the last 3 years. I have not compared them with any other establishment in Lubbock for the simple fact that the people at Cimarron are so friendly and seem to really love my dogs and always make sure they look excellent when we come to pick them up. I recommend Cimarron Pet Salon to anyone that asks!
Always pleasant staff! Our Bella is treated very well by her groomer, Melissa. Bella smells wonderful when we pick her up she's happy!
