3. Broken and disgusting elevators.
Almost every door on the property is broken so anyone can freely roam the property at any hour. Not to count the 15+ vehicle break ins. Feral cats have taken over the garage so if you enjoy cat piss and cats walking all over your vehicle this is your place. Hallways and stairwells are disgusting, not to mention late night pool goers 12am+. None of the security cameras on the property work maybe expect the new one they installed by the entrance. Most lights in the garage are out as well. 1 of the 2 elevators by the entrance work if you're lucky and they usually smell like stale urine. They keep the bottom floor looking nice to appeal to new renters, but I challenge you to actually walk around the property. This is only the 1/4 of the property I've seen so I can't imagine everywhere else. Oh, who doesn't like the massive amount of pigeons perched up on your window throughout the day along with the poop that covers most everything outside. I recommend looking somewhere else for way cheaper and much nicer. I've also had maintenance leave my door open twice, so who doesn't enjoy coming home to every light on in your apartment at 10pm?
1- Bad internet connection.
I love being here, and the staff at the front desk is super nice and helpful. I just wish the dog park was better taken care of and the second floor (especially on the west side) smelled a little nicer. Other than that though, definitely the best location and way better than any of the dorms.
Super close to campus! Staff is always so helpful and nice. i have been here at The Centre for 2 years and don't see myself moving anywhere else.

2- Dogs waste everywhere.
Moved my daughter in over last weekend. This place is a mess. Everything is so dirty. The stairwells and hallways smell horrible. The dog park is a mud pit in the North Courtyard and so dirty with dog waste. They did a real sales job on my daughter and her roommate. They did not get the unit they requested and they are at the furthest point from the garage and elevators. Look elsewhere and beware.
