Very nice apartments and a beautiful complex. Unfortunately, the neighbors above me are HORRIBLE and the management refuses to do anything about it. These people run and jump and yell until 2 and 3 in the morning. They run and jump to the extent that it knocks things off my walls, knocks out my lightbulbs and screws up my internet connection DAILY. It's just ridiculous. I have contacted an attorney to try to get a reimbursement and get out of my lease. It's a shame because these are very nice apartments.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The staff has been very rude to me and has harrased me over little issues. They are ectrmely strict, mostly over things that dont matter. I don't feel comfortable living here and I would move if I could. I haven't lived here long but since I've been here I've heard horror stories from multiple people!! Come to stone bridge at Kelsey park if you want to live in the ghetto on the south side ;)
This place is horrible I'm telling you right now me and my wife rented from these sorry low life's for a year an things got slow in work so got behind to where we ended up paying late fee well these idiots charged $1,000 in late fee each month plus rent an that is wrong to just keep charging in late fee i mean things happen an no need to take advantage off someome getting laid off etc..so just giving anyone who is interested in these apartments be aware but this town period is a damn rip off charging high money for dump for no scenery and just dirt . its way to expensive here Why pay so high an you can go live somewhere that is actually nice an a town that has something to offer. This town has no opportunities at all I been to so many different towns an States that have way more to offer an way more beautiful an cost of living is way cheaper then this town . good luck
I have lived here for 3 years and after being here that long, management has changed multiple times and I absolutely hate living here now. They used to be helpful if something was wrong with your apartment and quick to fix it, and understanding if you needed a day or two to pay full rent. Now, management harasses you if you're even a day late. Or if a paper isn't signed. They slap eviction notices on your door until you get into their office. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. Rent goes up every year. We pay for a gated complex yet they haven't shut the gates in almost 2 years. Last year the pool was only open maybe 2 or 3 weeks before they closed it due to something broken OUTSIDE the pool. They charge an insane amount for late fees even if you call and tell them you'll have it by a certain day. They take advantage of you. It used to be a peaceful area and now it's full of loud people. Floors and walls are super thin. Very nice, beautiful apartments. But until management gets it together, you'll hate living here.
