Very friendly, our pets always love going there.
We have taken our dogs before. Will not ever again. We have 2 Bulldogs and a very large mixed breed. They are spoiled rotten. We left them Friday and Saturday and picked them up on Sunday. Two of the dogs eat canned food mixed with dry food. We took just enough for their stay. When we picked them up there was a can left. You cannot know if they will eat unless you fix it and put it down to see if they will eat it. We sent them treats to be given in the evening and there should not have been any of those left either. We came home with nearly a full bag. We took grated cheese to put on their food as well. When we picked them up no one knew where the cheese was and they found the entire unused bag. We left printed instructions. They won't follow the instructions and they don't tell you anything about their stay. We went back with them to take them to their room. Seems like too many dogs and not enough help. For 3 dogs in an 8x8 it is $240. I'll find a pet/home sitter from now on. It is very expensive to leave 3 dogs and then not have them taken care of properly. I'll be a sucker no more.
My youngest son started a new daycare when he was 4 years old. One day he told me, "Mommy, I love my new school, because everybody is happy there!" I think about this every time I drop Paco off, because he's loves to go "play" so much. I am so happy to have such a wonderful place to take him to socialize with other pets, and know he is safe and happy while he is there! Thank you, Regal!!
Rude employees, expensive, terrible place. It is more like a prison for dogs and I felt horrible leaving mine there. It is incredibly loud and I doubt any dogs get sleep. I get the awful feeling that they don't care about your pets, only making the most amount of money with the least overhead.
My friend and daughter used this for their pets. They highly recommended. I've toured the place. I feel so confident my Betsey will get the attention she needs.
