I would give them 0 stars of I could. I bought a truck there that was recently traded in so it still needed to be detailed and inspected. We left it for a week and when we got it back the detail job was horrible. The truck bed wasn't even touched. There were screws,razor blades, wood and concrete still there from the previous owner. The drink holder was all sticky with some kind of black residue. The inside of the center console had a razor blade left in it. After expressing we were unhappy the offered to do it again. So we came back on Monday. They said it would be about an hour. So we went to get breakfast. Then I received a phone call saying the car wouldn't be ready till 4. We had to leave it over night because I had to work. When we went to get it the next day it wasn't even done. They said they found a few more things that needed to be done so we left it again for 3 more days. When we picked it up this time the truck bed was kinda clean but there was grass, sunflower seeds, and debris all over the interior. This time they only did the outside but not the inside. 3 times they had our tuck and each time something didn't get done or something was half done. Just unbelievable.
