Good: The staff was relatively friendly and cut how I asked.
Bad: His coat was cut but it neither looks, smells, nor feels like he was bathed or brushed after. He smells exactly the same as when I took him in and his hair is shedding everywhere from the cut. This was our first time to use this groomer and we won't be returning.
I just picked up our pup and paid $37 for the works.
