My dog needed a grooming ASAP and I first considered Petsmart. But after reading absolutely horrid reviews of how the animals there were treated, I decided to try for a smaller, lesser known place, and came across Pampered Paws. The workers are so very, very sweet, kind, and very generous. They were gentle with our cat and dog (who was extremely nervous) and I was happy with the end results. My dog has never looked more relaxed and she smells wonderful! I will without a doubt come back here again in the coming months to get another grooming done. They've even become the new place I purchase my dog's food and toys. If you're doubting whether to come here or not - don't. You won't regret bringing your babies here!
They have always taken great care of our dogs. We use their grooming, daycare, and overnight boarding regularly.
I had to drop my fur baby for a work meeting I had to attend and they had excellent service!!! My baby absolutely loved the doggie day care!! They definately deserve 5 stars!!!
I did not want to write a negative review but after continually experiencing issues, I felt I should. First, I have two small dogs and they usually look great when I pick them up which is why I have taken my dogs there several times now. However, I have to budget dog grooming and like to know how much I am paying. There has never been a time when I was charged the same amount and the increases aren't slight. I took both my dogs two months ago and it was $100 which was up from the $80ish from the time before. Today when I picked them up it was $125 and I asked why it was $25 more than last time and she said they spent 30 extra minutes combing them out because of mats. I said that was surprising since I had just brushed them and one dog had zero yesterday and the other had one... she said yeah they should have said something when you dropped them off. She also had a charge for "moral support" which was because she said one dog was not enjoying getting brushed. She was referring to my male dog and I can understand that, I definitely want them to feel comfortable when working with my dogs but the other charges that keep adding up don't always make sense and leave me frustrated and feeling ripped off when I leave. Also, my female dog does not even get her nails or teeth done so I just paid $125 for two shampoos, hair cuts, and one to have his teeth cleaned possibly and his nails done. If you have a lot of money to spend and do not need clarification for what you are being charged and are okay with increases every visit without notice then this is the place for you. But on the bright side, the dogs usually look great.
