First and only time my Pom goes there. Dropped off at 11 am..not ready for pick up until 5 PM. ("We had a terrible today was their excuse). He was shaved down to skin rather than trimmed and even cut by the shaver on the neck.
Just got my mini poodle groomed here today. While he's fluffy I'm not sure they even trimmed him. I made them go back and trim his face and potty area. In addition to that there is some dry hairspray(?) stuff under his ears and on his face. Definitely will not be going back.
Nice people and took good care of my dog.
My dog is very hard to groom. He has come out half shaven from some groomers and others have just called me to pick him up. Lubbock pet grooming did a wonderful job with him today and he looks beautiful!
I take my dog to be bathed and have her nails cut. She's shorthaired, so no grooming necessary. The employees are so nice and accommodating, always so patient with my dog. Huge thumbs up!!
