Some of the people that work at Heavenly Paws are so rude. The groomers are inadequate but the worst part is the management. They have doubled their prices and started treating their customers horribly. I'm so disappointed in the service. And the owner is not only hateful but not very smart at all. Does not know how to do good business. If you want sweet people taking care of your sweet babies you won't go to this Grooming Salon.
Very disastified with customer service. Very rude! They treated us awful. Just take my advice and experience with this place . Do not go there if u love your pets and do not want to be treated badly!
she entered as maltese, and came out like a chihuahua. im so sad for that. First and last time they do that to my sweet dog
Used to take my miniature Schnauzers here all the time. No more! The quality of the grooming has PLUMMETED! The prices skyrocketed and the service has become terrible. In my mind, that is the exact opposite way to run a business. Unless you want to run it into the ground.
What an awful experience. I took my 100lb 1 year old great dane/lab mix to get a simple bath and nail clipping this morning. I can't wash him myself and my husband is out of town. I had an appointment for 11am and dropped him off a little before that. I called at 1:30 to see if they had started on him. They hadn't. An hour and a half they said. I waited until 4 (by then I was pretty steamed) to just head up there and get him. If you know anything about great danes and labs you know they are very active and constantly moving. Thus my anger at him having been penned up all day. He is a happy and laid back dog unless he's been penned up, then he's destructive, anxious and hyperactive. When I arrived they informed me that it took so long because he was afraid of the dryers and they had to cage dry him. I was very unhappy. I don't care that he can't be dried with the dryers but if he's gonna air dry I would rather him dry at home where he can at least move around and play with my other dog. He was pretty riled up when I got there and wouldn't get out of the car when we got home. I am so frustrated with this whole experience and I will not return to Heavenly Paws.
