Although it's not as bad as other terminals around the country.
The employees were very professional and kind, and the station was clean, but my problem was with the quality of the condition of the bus. Yes it was my fault for picking the seat with sticky soda on the floor, but my chair would not recline like the others around me, none of the personal AC vents worked on the bus (the entire trip I saw hands reaching up trying to adjust them in frustration, people even switching seats with no success), and no one was able to use the WiFi (I heard people asking each other if it worked, only to agree that they were all met with a "network error" message). In a pinch I would use Greyhound again, but only as a last resort just as it was this time.

Nice station. But like many other bus terminals around the country the homeless camp out there.
Consider Greyhound bus as last option. They are cheap, dirty, irresponsible, unprofessional. I took their bus from Lubbock to Dallas, which got delayed by 9 hrs. No one knows the status, they keep on saying that the bus will be here by next 2 hrs. The same statement repeats every two hours. Moreover the bus is allotted for rescuing other bus passengers who were stranded in the middle of the road. Bus driver stops the bus every now and then to warn the co-passengers regarding Petty issues. Everyone was exhausted and kids let their legs into the walkway while sleeping, that's it, driver pulled over the bus to a side, asking their mother to step down, warned her, she started crying. Worst bus service I have ever seen. Yet, if you don't have any other means of travel, consider this as last option. Buy travel insurance if you use their service to catch a flight.
Seasoned Employers are very nice & knowledgeable about routes, & they don't pass you up just because.also, very very considerate just because. Lastly; very respectful to all customers unless customers are rude. The depot is kept clean considering the public & rain. Thank you. We need each other.
